Is there a contract, and How long am I in contract for? There are no contracts, period! You either A) Pay for a single visit at a time. Or B) You simply pay in advanced for how long you would like to use the gym for, This can be 1, 3 or 6 months. Allowing You to use the gym as often as you please during this time.
I want to go to the Gym, but i’ve got to loose a bit more weight first? If this is something that has been stopping You? Let me put Your mind to rest right now. There is a time and a place within this gym and fitness centre for everyone. You should come to the gym, to loose this weight under the guidance of a trainer. There is no such thing as a perfect time to start, You just make a decision and You commit. The friendly staff here, will guide You as you start Your journey. There is no shame in walking through the front door of a gym to loose weight!
(Ladies) I don’t want to do weights, because I don’t want to bulk up? Out of all the myths in the world, this one would be one of the most frequently mentioned. Look, if You were to go to the gym day in, day out, on a stern routine, with the correct supplementation in place (as putting on size was your initial goal), for at least 3 to 5 years. If You were to do this, In all fact You might just start to get the body you wanted originally, seriously. Your worse case scenario as a lady: If You were to eat correctly, and stick to a supplement and exercise plan with focus of a minimum of 2 years…. Guess What? You would be looking and feeling amazing. You would be looking toned, fit, and feeling awesome about yourself. Bulking is one of the hardest things to achieve with your body. The point here being, if You are not committed to bulking up as a goal, it is very rare that there will be a problem.
p.s. This is no different for men!
(Gentlemen) I want to do weights, but I do not want to get too big? If getting too big in the gym was a problem that most men had, every man and their dog would be in the gym pumping weights. Size takes a serious commitment! Please refer to the above response, given to the ladies.
I haven’t got time? You need to look at your time with a half full cup, instead of a half empty cup. What time do You have? Instead of what time do You not have. Do You have time to sleep? Eat? Go to work? Drink? Socialise? Watch TV? Check Facebook? Surf the Internet? Diddle? We are all given 24 hours in a day to use. If You want to get Yourself into shape, excuses will not cut it. You must get real, and be serious about your priorities and time management. Because everyone that is in the gym right now (people of all age brackets and back grounds), have all found the time to be there. Please click here if you want to Get Serious.

It’s too confronting walking past that busy gym full of people, to get to the group class out the back? The people in the gym, are not going to be looking at You. They’re far too be too busy looking at themselves in the mirror, lifting weights. People only care about one thing when they’re in the gym: Themselves and their results. They don’t have time to worry about who’s walking past going to a group class!
