Mandy’s Circuit Class
Work at Your own level on Cardio and interval based training, at interchangeable stations. This class is provided to help improve Your general fitness and assist in weight loss.

Note for beginners: If You are new to this class, it would be advisable to come 20 minutes before the starting time, to be shown techniques for the class. Please bring a towel and water!
