Step is an energising workout, that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using simple movements on, over and around steps provided in the class. You get huge motivation from up beat music and your approachable instructor Mandy. Cardio blocks push Your fat burning systems into high gear, followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone Your body. 

Step uses short bursts of circuit-inspired functional training, to help bring out Your best. This is where there is set time period of intensity, followed by a short break of recovery.
