MANDY REED’S GROUP CLASSES
Mandy has 4 different group classes for You to choose from. These classes are made available just for You. To help You decide what form & style of fitness class You believe will benefit Your current health and fitness levels most. Mandy’s Background on Group Classes
Mandy started teaching ‘aerobics’ (as it was called back then) in 1988. She had completed her aerobic course that same year in Sydney at ACHPER and after becoming a fully accredited fitness instructor went out on her own. She opened her small aerobic business at St. Clements Hall Yass and continued to teach there for the next 15 years or so until she moved to her current premises at Robbo’s Gym. Whilst teaching aerobics at St Clements Hall, Mandy had up to 6 other instructors working with her. She had a time table of about 15 classes per week!! During Mandy’s teaching years, she has trained up to 12 instructors some of whom are teaching still.
Mandy still teaches Fitness Classes at Robbo’s Gym, where she holds 6 classes per week. These classes cater for all fitness levels, both male and female and all ages.
